SOCIAL SERVICES & ACCESS

At Mangrove Health, we believe that health extends beyond the exam room.

Access to food, financial stability, and healthcare coverage
are essential to overall well-being.

To better serve our patients and the surrounding community, Mangrove Health has partnered with the Automated Community
Connection to Economic Self-Sufficiency (ACCESS) program through the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Through this partnership, our Social Services Representatives are available to assist individuals and families with applications and
guidance for essential public benefit programs.
